Developed by Jirina Harastova, a life coach and fitness trainer since 2005, the app presents a collection of meticulously structured workouts that can be performed anywhere, accompanied by stunning visuals from various global locations.

PXU caters to those looking to modify their workout routine, providing enjoyable yet challenging sessions that effectively strengthen and condition the body. Notably, the app eliminates traditional barriers to fitness engagement such as:

Each workout is uniquely named with specific equipment requirements noted. For instance, "Blue Heron" requires a mat, timer, and dumbbells.

The workouts are designed for ease of following along; it feels akin to having a personal trainer guiding you through each session. Each routine consists of three groups of three exercises performed over three sets. Jirina demonstrates the first set together with you while the second and third sets are presented in a collage format, enabling you to pace your workout according to your own energy levels and needs. The app also includes instructional videos for general warm-up, stretching, and foam rolling—key elements often overlooked in fitness routines.

2) Personal Training: This section provides virtual one-on-one live sessions with Jirina and personalized written workouts. A user-friendly calendar facilitates easy booking of sessions.
